I program based off peoples needs and goals. Ultimately getting people to move pain free, own their ROM, become more confident in and out of the gym, becoming more in tune with their bodies, over all changing them both mentally and physically. "Becoming Limitless"
I assess first and see how someone moves and strategically program to the individuals needs and demands to safely and effectively meet their goals. Programs progress and become more advanced as the client adapts and improves. Each program is unique to the individual and can always be modified based on the individuals lifestyle.
I train out of Cambridge and Natick. Also offering online programming and nutritional guidance.
