Policies

  • Online programming and coaching services are offered through various third-party applications. Payment for online services will be processed on the contracted started date, as noted by the date signed. 3 months is required for services rendered by No Limits Strength and Conditioning on an ongoing basis. Online services are subject to thirty (30) Days Notice of Cancellation and must be confirmed via email to tyler.vimfitness@gmail.com

  • Should monthly recurring payment fail, the Client must pay the amount due + 10% late payment fee within five (5) business days.

  • No refunds will be given for any prepaid services offered by No Limits Strength and Conditioning including but not limited to gift certificates, appointment sessions or packages, and online services, regardless of attendance, selected package, membership option, or VIP status. This applies to all in-person and online sessions. If the Client voluntarily opts out of coaching, the Client must pay the remainder of the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days.

  • The client understands that they have signed a training agreement and contract for payment. Failure of Client to use the No Limits Strength and Conditioning package or sessions and utilize programs and facilities does not relieve Client of their liability for payment, regardless of circumstances.

  • The Client shall not, at any time during the Term and thereafter, make statements or representations, or otherwise communicate, directly or indirectly, in writing, orally, or otherwise, or take any action which may, directly or indirectly, disparage the Coach or the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, advisors, businesses or reputations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude Client from making truthful statements that are required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

  • The client understands that they may be photographed at events and/or related activities held at or related to the coaching services offered by No Limits Strength and Conditioning. The client agrees to allow No Limits Strength and Conditioning and their assigns, without charge, to use The client’s photo, video, or film likeness for any purpose. This includes but is not limited to testimonials, progress photos with facial elements removed, filmed reviews, and other training-related content produced by or for No Limits Strength and Conditioning. The client may opt-out by request.

  • No Limits Strength and Conditioning reserves the right to take vacation during the calendar year. No Limits Strength and Conditioning will notify clients with a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice before taking the vacation period. During vacation, the Company will answer communication as availability allows.

  • The Client, at Client's expense, shall release, indemnify and hold No Limits Strength and Conditioning and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents, and the personal representatives and assigns of each, harmless from and against and all claims, suits, liability, cost and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, in connection with any act or omission of No Limits Strength and Conditioning in providing the Services and/or arising out of any Work Product, unless due to negligence of No Limits Strength and Conditioning.

Scope of Coaching

  • The Client is able to communicate with No Limits Strength and Conditioning through email. No Limits Strength and Conditioning provides text support Monday- Friday during standard business hours 9am-7pm. Any messages received on Saturdays or Sundays will be answered at the soonest availability of No Limits Strength and Conditioning or on the next business day, whichever comes first. Email is the preferred communication of most Clients of No Limits Strength and Conditioning.

  • Emails received by No Limits Strength and Conditioning from the Client will be answered during business hours of 7am-9pm. Any emails received on weekends will be answered at the soonest availability of No Limits Strength and Conditioning or on the next business day, whichever comes first.

  • Check-ins are due to the Company, on your assigned check-in day. Late check-ins can be delayed by up to 48 hours.

  • No Limits Strength and Conditioning will provide customized training programming for clients who are purchasing the coaching level that involves training programming. Programming is delivered via email. Programs are customized for the Client. If the Client needs modified programming due to any extenuating circumstances such as travel, changes in equipment, etc, The Client must notify the Company 1 week prior to the date that modifications are needed.

    3) Nutritional Guidance/Macros
    4) Trainerize App
    5) Ability to send performance videos for review
    6) 24/7 support and communication
